Purpose¶
Based on the monitoring of the running system and the specified business requirements, an assessment is made whether the system meets the requirements or not.
Description¶
The integrated system is checked against the initially defined and incrementally expanded business goals. The system runs satisfactorily if the business goals are met.
Steps¶
Review business goals and their operational transforming
Compare the results with the business goals
In cooperation with the customer, make the decision as to whether and where improvements are required.
Prepare the decision to revise the business goals in a new process iteration
